Please allow 3-5 days for processing your order and delivery. For all orders outside of the UK delivery can take up to one month depending on your countries postal service.
Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax fees charged by your local Customs Office. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for these fees which will need to be paid by you. All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling.
If you wish to make a return your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund for the item if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. So please inform us by email at [email protected] giving us the reason for the return, we will then give you the address to send it to and please then ensure you return the item within 14 calendar days of placing the delivery. All postage costs must be paid for by you.
